Chela Sheets, CJE 
​Chela joined Herff Jones and the HJHawai'i office in 2019. Before joining Herff Jones Hawaiʻi, Chela taught art at Moanalua High School for 10 years, and was their yearbook adviser for 7.  Her husband is an elementary principal in the HIDOE and they have 2 children, ages 3 & 5, and another on the way!

Originally from Texas, she also lived in Chicago, where she got her BFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, before moving to Hawaii in 2007.

As a former yearbook adviser, Chela understands what goes on day-to-day in the classroom and brings her experiences and 'teacher tricks' to all of our schools. 

Chela enjoys being outside, learning about and practicing art,  and staying busy with her kids and family.
